⋆ US Domestic Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping: 8 to 10 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days

Shipping time does not include handling or production time, which typically takes 5 to 6 business days.

If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping, please contact us via email or live chat before placing your order.

⋆ International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times by region after shipment:

  • Canada: 14 to 20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 14 to 20 business days

  • Europe: 14 to 25 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 14 to 18 business days

  • Asia: 7 to 14 business days

  • Other regions: 14 to 25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carriers, or other factors beyond our control.

Handling Time and Order Cut Off

Handling time and transit time are calculated from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays.

Total delivery time equals handling time plus transit time.

Our daily order cut off time is 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, New York time).


Delivery Zones

The Loomy ships within the United States and to many international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Restricted Delivery Areas

Due to political conditions, regulations, or other limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Sierra Leone

  • Palestinian Territories

  • South Sudan

  • Myanmar

  • Crimea (Ukraine)

  • Other restricted areas affected by political instability or pandemic-related restrictions


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible additional charges before placing an order.

All orders are shipped via USPS for reliable and secure delivery.


Estimated Time of Arrival

All items at The Loomy are made to order. Each piece is embroidered individually to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully accepted.

Business Days

We process orders from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding postal holidays. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


Production and Processing Time

Production time refers to the period your order spends in the production queue before being embroidered. This timeline may vary depending on order volume.

  • Production time: 4 to 8 business day

  • Processing time:

    • Outline designs, text, and date embroidery are processed within the same day, excluding Sundays and holidays

    • Full color designs such as custom pet portraits or photo embroidery require 1 additional business day

Total processing and production time: 4 to 8 business days

Please note that personalized orders or requests requiring design adjustments may take additional time depending on the complexity of the customization.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be delayed by up to 14 business days. We truly appreciate your patience during these periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the parcel has not yet been processed by the carrier.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


✧ Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If we detect incorrect or missing address information, we may need to contact you for confirmation, which could cause delays.

The Loomy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be required to send the order again.

If you contact the final mile carrier to redirect or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur.
